The Clue is in the Date

Today, if all goes well, our household will have an honoured guest sitting at the dinner table, partaking of a vegetarian dish that I have cobbled together from good oul Delia's cookbook.

The honoured guest will be: none other than Shameless! What a great way to celebrate the wearing of the green ;)

Pictures to follow!

You're having Shameless for dinner? How cool. Feed him wine and nick his stories!

Oh yes Minx - and very tasty he was too... He's much better looking than his pictures would have you believe ;)

Wow, now was I spoiled. My first St Paddy's day in Ireland, and invited to a real Oirish family's home for a real St Paddy's day dinner ... who was that bleedin vegetarian who got everyone to give up meat for the day? :-) I had a swell time Barbara. You and your family were brilliant - just as I imagined you would be. And to be given a tour of the Cooley (spelling?) hills. And better looking than in my pictures? - you're lucky I didn't wear a St Paddy's hat and beard from the parade!

LOL! So, you'd come back again, then? We enjoyed it very much - it's a chance to show off the area where we live!
