Barbara Smith reading at the White House

Fair play to Dominic putting this ensemble of images together and the song that accompanies it is brought to you by Limerick musicians (see credits).

Now, isn't that a great start to Monday?

Good to see & good to hear. But which one was Barbara Smith???

The good-looking one! In black, of course.

Limerick's White House venue is fantastic because they also have an open-mic, so everyone gets a chance to read as well as listen to the guest poet :)

Fabulous as always, Babs. Can't wait to see/hear you in Feb in London! Whoo hoo.

I can't wait either, Minx. T'will be nerve-wracking.

Believe it or not Apprentice those curtains really make the venue. Above them it says in script, 'The Theatre of Poetry,' which I think gives it a great sense of occasion!

A brilliant start...except I'm reading this on Friday. Sorry had a bad week...the powerful song raised my spirits though!

You look & sound great, Barbara. But couldn't someone have got the babblers in the background to shut the fuck up?
