I love receiving packages from Gerald to review. You never know what you're going to receive and it's a very enjoyable way of keeping up with what's going on in the contemporary poetry world, both in England, Ireland and further abroad too!
Hi Cailleach, You sound busy. I must get to the library in the next few days and get a pile of books to read over the Xmas break. (I will do a review in my head of each one!)
ReplyDeleteGreat! I must see what's out there too - but I have to be careful, as I always get pressies of books. For my birthday I got Simon Schama's Power of Art, which accompanies the series he did on terrestial TV in the UK.
ReplyDeleteSome people gave out about it, but I enjoyed listening to his enthusiasm - and the art was pretty good too!
